Started by Anne & Robert Redfern as a family commitment to better health more than 30 years ago, we've built Good Health Naturally into an independent company with an experienced team dedicated to holistic wellbeing. Our beginnings as a family-oriented business continues to inform our mission - aiming to share with others the knowledge that has benefited our lives in order to help them improve their wellbeing naturally.
Beginning as a family committed to natural wellbeing, we've grown into a independent company built on 30 years of natural health expertise.

Our philosophy as a company is that natural ingredients should be the foundation of our products, and to this end we tirelessly inquire into new research which can supplement and improve their efficacy, utilising science in order to make the most reliable products possible. And with a team of licensed nutritionists to help you navigate our product range, we've got you covered.

Sustainability has long been part of who we are, not just as a business, but as a family. We continue to evolve how our supplements are packaged and produced, using glass bottles, recyclable materials and refill opitions for many of our products. Guided by our environmental pledge, we’re committed to reducing our footprint and making responsible choices that allow customers to support their wellbeing with confidence, knowing they’re choosing a brand that values a commitment to long term care for the planet.
Our Enviroment, Our Planet
We believe true wellbeing includes caring for the environment around us. Since making our first environmental pledge in 2020, we’ve introduced meaningful changes across our packaging and sustainability practices. This commitment also includes planting over 1,400 trees locally, reflecting a belief that looking after the land is an essential part of supporting health, now and for generations to come. A mission started by Robert, who believed passionately in taking care of our planet.
